Edward VII 1897 pattern infantry officers sword. Blade is etched with Edward VII cypher and foliage, with proof mark and retailers mark for Phillips and sons, outfitters, Plymouth. Blade is generally in good condition, with slight mottling and bent tip.

The nickel plated guard has been dulled and has age related mottling. Fish skin grip with its wire binding are in good condition.

Edward VII reign was 1901-1910.
